I know I’m in trouble when I start using statements like, “Well, somebody’s got to do it.” Or, “Everybody expects me to do everything.” They sound passive-aggressive alright, but at the core, they are conjured in “head honcho baloney.”

Long ago, I learned the sun will come up whether I choose to or not. And if I find myself wearing “boss” on my shirt, that only means I am the first one who had better be getting my marching orders from the real Boss.

Today, rest easy “boss man,” “daddy,” and “queen bee.” God is still calling the shots and the whole world is squarely in the palm of His Hand!
