Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will stand. Proverbs 19:21

We humans keep brainstorming options and plans, but God’s purpose prevails.

I have never had a problem with ideas. And anyone that knows me well either loves that about me or it drives them crazy.

Because having an idea and executing that idea are two entirely two different beasts. Time has taught me, the world of God’s kiddos are made up of all kinds of “personalities.” Some of us dream the dreams, others run the teams, and still others figure out the “means” that keep it all running.

Regardless of the roles we play in the grand scheme, in the background is a master plan and an innumerable host assisting the Author in strategic unseen ways.

Therefore, I now make a habit of reminding myself and loved ones that my ideas are subject to change at a moments notice depending on what the Master planner thinks about it.
